IEEE Electron Devices Society PMEC Student Branch Chapter

Empowering Innovation in

Bridging academia and the semiconductor industry by fostering research, professional growth, and engineering leadership in electron devices, microelectronics, VLSI, and nanotechnology.

About Our Chapter

Advancing technology for humanity through electron devices research and engineering education.

Welcome to IEEE EDS PMEC

Cultivating the Future of Semiconductor Engineering

Established in 2026 under the IEEE Bhubaneswar Section, our Student Branch Chapter at Parala Maharaja Engineering College (PMEC) is a gateway for students into the semiconductor industry.

The IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) is a global association focused on electron and solid-state devices, microelectronics, and integrated circuits. At PMEC, we are committed to building a solid foundation in VLSI, device physics, and embedded hardware, preparing students for research frontiers and industrial design careers.

Core Areas of Focus:
VLSI & Chip Design Semiconductor Physics Embedded & IoT Technical Research

Vision Statement
